Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use functionguidance.garden and the services Functionguidance Roofing offers through it. When you browse the site, call the number on it or send in a form, you agree to these terms. This page is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Functionguidance Roofing Does

Functionguidance Roofing is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent roofing providers. We do not inspect roofs, repair them, replace them or do any other roofing work. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Work Independently

The providers you are connected with run their own businesses. Each one is solely responsible for its estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, warranties, permits, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct providers. We also make no promise about their availability, how fast they respond, the work they do or the results you get.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

General Information Only

The content on this website is meant to inform. It is not professional, legal, insurance or financial advice. Any cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider and with your insurer.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you reach out, and use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, interfere with how it runs or try to get into it in ways that are not permitted.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or submit a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@functionguidance.garden.
