About Functionguidance Roofing and How We Help
What Functionguidance Roofing Is
Functionguidance Roofing is a referral service for homeowners with roof questions. We connect you with independent local roofing providers. We are not a roofing company. The providers in our network do the inspections, repairs and installs.
Why This Site Exists
A roof is a big investment, and the choices can feel confusing. Many people do not know what a fair process looks like. We built this site to explain things in plain words and to point you toward a local provider who can look at your home. We also share simple care habits, so a new roof stays healthy season after season.
How the Matching Works
You tell us a little about your roof and where you live. We then connect you with a provider in our network who serves your area. The provider talks with you, answers questions and, if it makes sense, gives you a written estimate. Availability depends on the provider, so request a callback to check what is open near you.
What Providers Are Expected to Do
We ask providers in our network to be clear and respectful with homeowners. That means:
- Explaining the problem and the options in plain language
- Putting estimates in writing
- Answering questions about materials and timing
- Never pressuring you to decide on the spot
You should still do your own checking. Ask each provider about licensing, insurance and past work.
What We Do Not Do
We do not climb on roofs or send crews. We do not set prices, and we do not promise results for a job. We also do not decide what your insurance will pay. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
How the Service Is Funded
Providers in our network pay for the homeowner calls and leads we send them. You are not asked to pay to use this site, and asking for an estimate does not obligate you to hire anyone.
Spot It Early, Protect the New Roof
Our focus is simple. Help you get the right roof work done, then help you look after it. Stains on a ceiling, curled shingles, granules in the gutters and drafty attics are early signs. Catching them sooner often keeps a small fix from turning into a big one.
Ready to Get Connected?
If you are thinking about a new roof, or you have noticed warning signs, start with a conversation. Tell us what you are seeing and a local provider can take it from there.
